Alissa Binder
Alissa Binder has a bachelor's degree from California State University Northridge, and currently lives in Los Angeles. She sites street art, politics, and music as some of the major influences on her writing, as well as works by authors Allen Ginsberg, Anne Carson, Hunter S. Thompson, and William S. Burroughs. She has had poetry, fiction, and photography published in the "Los Angeles" issue of Writers Tribe Review, and is currently working on a mixed media writing project entitled Eulogy which incorporates photography, pen & ink, poetry, and prose. She will begin working towards an MFA degree in fall 2014.
